He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wesley and Ruby Browder Harrison; his former wife Beaulah Lynch Harrison; his stepdaughter Mary Jane Edmonds; his siblings, Effie Gertrude Harrison, E. Randolph Harrison, Edward O. Harrison, Ruby Alexander Crutchfield and Shirley Ann Davis; his nephew Douglas Edward Harrison; and his niece Deborah Harrison Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Harrison; his stepsons, Stacey Askew and Charles Askew (Dee); his grandchildren, Melinda Sue Askew, Mallory Askew and Mason Askew; and his great grandchild Koda James Hastings.
