He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie Lee Flythe and Lisa Green Flythe. He is survived by: his siblings, W. L. Cannon (Ashley) of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Jenny Cooper (Jody) of Columbia, NC.; his cousin Lee Owens; his daughter Sophia; and his wife Tiffany. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to them to help with funeral expenses.
