George; his children, Jimmy Ragin (Beverly) of Concord, Georgetta LaFayette (Joseph) of Waldorf, Phyllis Gager of Harlem and Otis Ragin; his siblings, Hazel Falcon (John) of Macon, Evert Russell of Macon, Adlean Davis (Thomas) of Warrenton, Carolyn Williams of Warrenton, Eleanor Bullock of Wise, Eddie Lee Howard, Jr. of Warrenton, David Howard of Riverdale, Daniel Howard (Jennie) of Kinston, Alvin Howard (Helen) of Landover and Melvin Howard (Mary) of Gaithersburg, Maryland; his uncle Clarence Howard of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and his aunt Margaret Tubbs of Franklin, Virginia. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
