It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Vinson (Winton, North Carolina), born in Hertford, North Carolina, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliott Lee Vinson, Sr. and Ella Mae Hall Vinson; and his siblings, Linda Jernigan and Eddie Vinson. He is survived by: his wife Kay Hall Vinson; his children, Kathryn Vinson (Tim Bunch) of Winton and Robert Eugene Vinson, Jr. (Loria) of Winton; his sisters, Gloria Jean Lassiter of Murfreesboro and Becky Davidson of Trap; and his grandchildren, Dylan Eure, Ashlyn Harrell (Josh) and Josh Parker.
