Sara Lucas Coile Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2020, at the age of 89, Sara Lucas Coile (Winterville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Lucas and Grace Lucas; her husband Rev. James H. Coile; her sister Berta; and her brother-in-law Marvin Edwards.
She is survived by: her son James Taplie Coile (Jennifer) of Winterville, NC; her grandchildren, Zachariah and Grace Coile; her sisters-in-law, Janice Skeens of Kinston, NC and Betty Jean Hicks of Henderson, NC; and her nieces and nephews, Penny Gates of Fayetteville, NC, Robbyn Marino (Trey) of Beulaville, NC, Victoria Armstrong of Louisiana, Julia Langston of Henderson, NC, Douglas Edwards (Rosa) of Wilson, NC, Thurston Hicks (Tina) of Kittrell, NC and Paul Stallings (Brandi).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Methodist University, 5400 Ramsey St., Fayetteville, NC 28311, or a children's ministry or charity of one's choice.
