He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearlie Bullock and Grace Bullock; his siblings, Jarvis, Eugene Bullock, Martha B. Bryant and Mildred B. Johnson; and his daughter Lorraine Dail Stocks.
He is survived by: his wife Frances D. Bullock; his children, Greg Bullock McMillan (Cindy) of Denver, CO and Terrie Dail Clark (Gorham) of Winterville; his son-in-law Johnny Lee Stocks of Ayden; his grandchildren, Tyler Stocks (Sara), Chase Stocks, Kristin, Daniel Clark, Gabriel, Jordyn, Maxwell McMillan and Greyson Diz; and his great grandchildren, Michael and Gavin Rouse.
