She was predeceased by: her husband Howard B. Hazelton, Jr.; her son Michael D. Hazelton; and her siblings, Mildred Turnage, Margaret Edwards, Johnny Harris and William Harris.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Hazelton (Sandra) of Winterville and Jeffrey Hazelton (Debbi) of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Bobby Lyn Hazelton (Sara), Justin Hazelton (Casey), Clark Hazelton (Suzanne), Chandler Hazelton, James Shuler (Amanda) and Justin Shuler (Amie).
