It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Blackburn of Winterville, North Carolina, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Ann Bays Blackburn. He is survived by: his father Harold Blackburn; his wife Michelle Blackburn; his children, Brandi Rhodes, Brittani Blackburn and Kevin Blackburn II; and his siblings, Gregory Blackburn and Kimberly Matthews. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
