He was predeceased by: his father James Wright Mobley. He is survived by: his mother Jean Mobley of Washington; his brothers, Kenneth Wayne Mobley of Newport News, VA and Victor Crandell Mobley of Greenville; his niece Gracie Mobley; and his nephews, Craig Mobley, Chris Mobley and Steven Mobley.
