He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Miller Hussey and Howard S. Hussey, Jr.; his brother James "Jim" Hussey; and his stepparent Alice Leigh Hargrove Hussey. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Brickhouse Hussey; his children, Mary-Margaret Hussey Finch (Doug) of Littleton, CO and Ryan Summerell Hussey (Kristin) of Leland, MI.; his siblings, Bill Hussey (Trish) of Durham and Jean Hussey Adams (Jim) of Bonlee, NC.; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Reid Finch, Hayes and Pippa Hussey.
