He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Poe and Fannie Lee Prescott (Hill); his wife Anita Prescott; his sons, Jonathan Prescott (Debbie) of Clermont, FL and Jerald Prescott (Carolyn Reed) of Kannapolis, NC; his grandchildren, Chloe, Allison and Matthew; his siblings, Geraldine Prescott Moore of Carthage, NC, Ray Prescott (Betty) of Farmville, NC and Gene Prescott of Greenville, NC; and his brother-in-law Monty (Bill Briley). He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
