It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Carl Schwalbe (Winterville, North Carolina), who passed away on September 18, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Traugott Schwalbe and Delores Schwalbe. He is survived by: his spouse Donna Mae Schindler; his children, Susan Schwalbe Thompson (Jeff), Ruth Schwalbe, Tammy Schwalbe and James Schwalbe (Jodi); his granddaughters, Amelia Thompson Gies and Taylor Schwalbe; his great grandchild Jasper Gies; and also, Ruthie and Sue.
