She was predeceased by: her parents, James Madison and Carrie Hines Smith; her sister Margaret Murphy of Greenville; and her husband Marvin L. Moore of Scotland Neck. She is survived by: her children, Marvin Louis Moore, Jr. of Winterville, Paul Andrew Moore of Chesapeake and Connie Marie Moore of Greenville; her stepdaughter Martha Moore Franklin of Norfolk, VA; and her caregivers, Jenny Moore, Kelly Tucker, Diane Lapierre, Linda Gale Jones, Donna Geoghegan, Janet Gregory and Doris. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and many extended family.
