She is survived by: her children, Desmond Isler of Brooklyn, NY, Jennifer Stewart of Trenton, NC, Tanya Shepherd of Raleigh, NC and Teresa Isler-Fortson of Clayton, NC; and her brother John Foskey of Quakertown, PA. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
