He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Paulette Goddard and David Lee Shadrick; and his half-sister Rhonda Linehan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hartsoe Shadrick; his daughters, Stephanie Rose Schoenen of Lakewood, WA, Marisa Shadrick of Boone, NC and Michaela Shadrick of Rocky Mount, NC; his stepchildren, Hart Evans of Raleigh, NC and Grace Evans of Greenville, NC; his stepfather Edwin Pagan Senior of Virginia Beach, VA; his half-siblings, Edwin Pagan (Kassandra) of Chesapeake, Virginia and Emma Ringenbach (Kevin) of Powhatan, Virginia; his uncle Joe Goddard (Jean) of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his close friends, Randy, Will Butler and Jerry Pulliam; and his pets, Harley, Bella and Lizzie. He is also survived by many other aunts and uncles, many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to the American Cancer Society, the US Department of Veterans Affairs, or a charity of their choice.
