He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Bryan Spear and Martha Stocks Spear. He is survived by: his wife Hilda Bowen Spear; and his children, Trina Calfee (Frank) of Greenville, Jeffrey Spear (Johnette) of Farmville and Cindy Smith of Greenville. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Billie's honor to the People's Baptist Church or the Greenville Christian Academy, 1621 Greenville Blvd SW, Greenville, NC 27834.
