He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Earl Rouse and Roberta Bowen Rouse; his brother Roy Earl Rouse; and his sister-in-law Betty Burney Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sutton Rouse; his children, Jessica Rouse Smith of Greenville, Amy Michelle Rouse of Las Vegas, NV, Michael Thomas Rouse of Greenville and Ashley Rouse Williams (Matt) of Greenville, SC; his grandchildren, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Konnor, Kendall, Spencer, Amanda and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Frederick and Lennie; and his nephew Greg Rouse (Lori) of Augusta, GA..
