She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bissinger and Rosella Minick Bissinger; her brothers, John Dissinger, III (Marion) and David Bissinger; and her nieces, Lee Heaton and Alicia Bissinger.
She is survived by: her husband William Siegfried (Bill); her brother George Bissinger (Wendy); her sister-in-law Pamela Bissinger; her daughters, JoAnne Moran (William Moran Jr) and Eileen Siegfried; and her grandsons, Will and Jack Moran. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephews.
