She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Columbus. She is survived by: her parent Lily Craft Parker; her siblings, Marvin C. Parker of Hampton Roads, VA and Mattie Louise of Bell Arthur; her children, Ann Parker, Alice Ray, Charles David and Thomas Ray "Tom" Oglesby, Jr.; her wife Bette Jo of New Bern; her nieces and nephews, Linda Louise Parker, Barbara P., Ronald M. of Midlothian, VA, Carole Jaques and Henry Patrick; and also, Crawford of Bell Arthur, Oglesby (Mary Norris) of Chapel Hill and Gene Manning (Barbara) of Winterville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
