Forcum (Robert); her grandchildren, Barry Shaw (Lynn), Gary Shaw (Diana), Adam Forlen (Jessica) and Abby Forcum (Spencer); and her great grandchildren, Cody Shaw (Alayna), Austin Shaw, Tyler Shaw, Nicole Shaw, Parker Shaw, Jackson Forlen and Layla Shaw.
