He was predeceased by: his parents, Will Richardson and Elinor Richardson; and his siblings, Louella Summers, Cleopatra Mann and Lee Kenneth Richardson.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Fowler Richardson; and his son Lawrence Fowler, Jr. (Courtney). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
