He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Bell Mae Johnson and Willie Shaw; his wife Lorene Shaw; and his siblings, Charlie Shaw, James Shaw and Corine Shaw-Joe.
He is survived by: his brothers, Henry Shaw, Matthew Shaw (Jessie) and Jimmy Jenkins (Thelma) of Suitland, MD.; his children, Willette Watson (Montez), Charles Shaw (Beulah), Terrance Shaw (Karen) and Willie Shaw; and his cousin Vaughn Pitts (Clifford). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews as well as many relatives and good friends.
