He is survived by: his wife Bernice C. Toney; his daughter Patrice Y. Toney; his grandsons, Tre Leon Toney and Jordan T. Toney; and his sister Shirley Sadler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors.
