He was predeceased by: his father William Albert Jacobs, Sr.; and his grandson Taylen Jacobs. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Jacobs,; his close friend Dustine Brown; his children, Janeka Kirk, Shawnteria Jacobs, William A. Foster and Taji Jacobs, Sr. (Jasmine); his siblings, Teresa Jacobs and Albert Jacobs; and his grandchildren, Alexis Paige, Sania Foster, Aniyah Wilson, Jade Wilson, Khaliah Jacobs, Taji Jacobs, Jr., Jace Jacobs and Shelton Wilson, Jr.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
