Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Baptist Church (134 S Peace Haven Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27104).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to City Lights Ministry, 1600 Williamson St, Winston-Salem, NC 27107; or to a charity of the donors' choice.
