She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Grubbs and Gladys Grubbs; her husband James Ford; her sisters, Shirley and Ramona; and her children, Gary GoForth, Steve Tuttle and Pamela Barrett.
She is survived by: her son Terry Goforth; her sister Audrey Walker; her grandchildren, Tim Barrett (Ann), Terri Jackson (Chastin) and Crystal Armstrong (David); her great grandchildren, Logan, Paige, Chase and Ammy; and her great great grandchildren, Benjamin and Greylyn.
