She is survived by: her husband Donald Lee Pennington (Donnie); her children, Jennifer Pennington (Bryan Tolson) of Thomasville and Andy Pennington of Thomasville; her siblings, June Lovingood of Thomasville, Ronnie Bowman of North Wilkesboro and Bruce Bowman of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Dawson, Jordan, Madison, Paul, Savannah Pennington, Simone, Christian and Perry Tolson; and her pet AreJay. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
