He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Libby" Frazier of Winston-Salem, NC.; his siblings, Issac Frazier of Clayton, NC, Dana Frazier of Winston-Salem, NC, Sonya Arnold (Cliff) of Mocksville, NC, Tampra Frazier and Mynika Frazier (Nico) of Winston-Salem, NC; his nephew Shunta Frazier of Winston-Salem, NC; and his godchildren, Nicole Stevenson, Lartisa Allen and April Gonzalez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; close friends.
