He is survived by: his children, Sam (Litsa Liontis) of Winston Salem and Koula; his grandchildren, Maria (Yuyi), Nik (Nicole), Marianna, Travis, Katherine and Lillia; his great grandchild Kalliopi; and his sisters-in-law, Elefteria Karagiorgis of Winston Salem and Theodora Skenteris of Greece. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church (435 Keating Dr, Winston-Salem, NC 27104). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the Forsyth Memorial Park (3771 Yadkinville Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106).
