He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Shaw and Gertrude Brennan Shaw; his brother Fred Shaw; and his nephew Chris Shaw. He is survived by: his grandsons, Justin Blackburn and Dylan Vanhoy; his children, Lance Shaw (Sandy), Richard Shaw (Laura), Melissa Shaw and Kimberly Sweet (Jonathan); and his brother Mike Shaw (Joan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
