He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow McKenzie and Gertsie McKenzie; and his brother-in-law Sherman Walker. He is survived by: his children, Donna Thomas (Bruce) and Tom McKenzie (Amy); and his siblings, Woody McKenzie (Marcia), Louann Blankenship (Bill), Nancy Milam (Cleve) and Jeanette Walker. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tommy's name may be directed to the hospice organization, Trellis Supportive Care.
