He is survived by: his siblings, David Noel Gallaher, Christine Lisette Gallaher and James Alexander Gallaher (Lisa Frazier Gallaher); his nephews, John K Gallaher III and Alexander Stone Gallaher; his niece Lisette Frazier Gallaher; and his close friend Greg Scherer.
