He was predeceased by: his mother Sherri Casstevens Smith; and his grandfathers, Graham Smith and Thomas Casstevens. He is survived by: his father Walter Graham Smith, Jr.; his children, Stratton Smith and Sayda Smith; his brother Seth Thomas Smith; and his grandmothers, Shirley Smith and Joan Swaim (D. C.). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
