He is survived by: his children, Samuel Branch (Shanta), Junior, Porsha Booker (Amanda), Teresa Walls and Stephanie Booker; his grandchildren, Shantise Jones, Chris Walls, Crishana Walls, Jalen, Riah, Bryson, Nuri Booker and Frances Thompson; his great grandchildren, DeShaun Jones, Derrick Wardlow, Jr. and Dasya Thompson; his siblings, Collin, Joe, Melvin Branch, Lila Anderson, Nette Branch and Joyce Dickerson; his uncle Willie Gary Carter; his close friends, Arthur Reader, Cherry Booker and Devora Green; and also Aviana Wardlow. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
