She is survived by: her daughter Carol Ruth Carter (Vickie Scruggs); her daughter-in-law Eugenia S. Carter; her grandchildren, Sarah Ann Carter Rider and Frederick Christopher Carter (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Jerry and Bryson Rider. She is also survived by several nieces, great nieces, and nephews.
