He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Jerrell (Robbie), Rubin Noel III (Heather), Kris Noel (Ronnie), Hilary Parr (George), Elizabeth Noel (Tim) and Alice Noel (Ryan); his close friend Tywann Smith; and his grandson Josh (Keely). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
