He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Howard Spainhour. He is survived by: his mother Beulah Mae Collins Spainhour; his significant other Deborah Lynn Cheek Spainhour; his daughter Meredith Triplett (Zack Dillon); his grandchildren, Lilliana Triplett, Mason Spainhour and Conway Spainhour; and his sister Angie Tucker (Steve) of Winston Salem.

Memorials may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home as the family is forever grateful for the love and concern shown to Rolland during his stay there.
