He is survived by: his mother Teresa Manns Penley Rheuark; his son Seth Penley of High Point, NC; his brothers, Jason Penley of Lexington, NC and Joseph Penley of West Virginia; his half-brother Jonathon Penley; his stepbrothers, Joseph Quick of South Carolina and James Nobles of Arizona; and his sisters, Sissy Penley of West Virginia and Ashley Meadows of Winston-Salem.
