It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Moore Sr. (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ed Moore and Mary Moore; his wife Mable Matthews; his children, Robert Moore, Jr. (Catanza), Timothy Matthews (Pamela), Robin Watson (Joseph) and Lisa Wilson (Timothy); his grandchildren, Timothy, Jr., Lawrence, Alicia (Anthony), Brittany (Jerome), Daniel, Shana (James), Shauna (Billy), Carina, Diana, William (Ashley), Malik, Tierra and Tianna; his great grandchild Armani; and his sisters-in-law, Hymeria Teet of Durham and Melvernia Olford. He was also cherished by his wife of 52 years prior to her death, his children, and his grandchildren.
