He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allen and Katherine Conner; and his sons, Christopher Conner and Gary Conner. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rue Conner of Winston-Salem, NC; his children, Tony V. Conner of North Wilkesboro, NC, Barry O. Conner of Walkertown, NC, Beverly Ricks of New York City, NY and Pam Penn of Winston-Salem, NC; and his grandchildren, Dominique, Morgan and Logan. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the United Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church (450 Metropolitan Dr, Winston-Salem, NC 27101).
