He is survived by: his significant other Helen D. Edwards; his children, Kathleen Edwards-Dean (Nelson), Lithia Springs, Nadine Edwards, Tyrone Victor Edwards, Sr. (Teresa) and Amanda L. Edwards; his grandchildren, Dr. Linsey N. Edwards-Drummond (Lance), Nadia B. Dean of Lithia Springs, GA, Tyrone V. Edwards, Jr. (Erin), Timothy John Dean and Kevin M. Edwards; his great grandchildren, Riley Elizabeth Edwards and London Simone Drummond; his siblings-in-law, David John Davis Jr. of Greensboro, NC, David Hope, Jeanette D. Gilmore, Shirley Shelton of Cornelius, NC and Delores Coble of Charlotte, NC.; and his sisters, Carolyn D. Long of Crofton, MD and Ellen L. Morgan (Rex). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
