Rebecca touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Madge Margaret (Sparks) and Charles Walter Strong; and her favorites, Olivia, Snickerdoodle and Izzy.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Wesley McLeod Jr. (Wes); her stepdaughter Devan McBee (Richard) of Greensboro; her grandsons, Ian and Richard McBee; her daughter Angela Kontoulas (Denise Miles); her brothers, Chuck Strong (Carol) of Greensboro and Dan (Deidra Downs) of Punta Gorda; and her family Becca. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to AuthoraCare Hospice of Greensboro, to Hickory Ridge United Methodist Church- Church Fund or its supported charities, or a charity supporting the care and adoption animals.
