He is survived by: his wife Brenda Waugh; his children, Brian Waugh (Kendra), Mark Waugh and Kathryn Ruckart (Jim); his grandchildren, Will Thompson, Ashley Thompson and Phillip Ruckart; and his sister Gloria Griggs.
