Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
