He is survived by: his wife Joye Von Dane; his children, Stephanie Phillips of Winston-Salem and John Lippert (Linda) of DeLand, FL.; his grandchildren, McKenna Phillips and Fiancé Brandon Jones; his son Jaxon (Jax); and his brothers, Paul Chadwell (Pauletta), Garry Chadwell (Ruth) and Russell Petitt (Chris).
