He is survived by: his pets, Levi and Myrtle; his wife Kay Bottom Spainhower; his daughters, Tiffan Spainhower and Amber Spainhower; his siblings, Christopher Spainhower and Teressa Spainhower Henderson; his nephew Perry Thomas Wright (Jessica); his great-niece Elynor; his aunt Nelda Brown; and also Marty Mcclamrock (Barbara). He is also survived by several grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
