She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Blackwell and Pamela Blackburn; her stepmother Margaret Boyd; her former husband Charles W. Balentine, Jr.; and her close friend Billy Kennedy.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, Private graveside service will be held at Green Hill Cemetery.
