She was predeceased by: her parents, James Otho and Dorothy Sink Sloan; her husband David Lee Culler; her brothers, David and James Sloan; her son Timothy Mayo; and her dachshund Pinky.
She is survived by: her daughters, Valerie Smith and Pam Foster (Harold); her stepchildren, David Ray Culler and Melinda Winfree; her daughter-in-law Kim Roper; and her sister Mary Kerns. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
