She was predeceased by: her parents, Donnie Moore and Annie Moore; her husband John Cooke (Jackie); and her children, Kenneth, Ricky, Jonathan Cooke and Penny Cooke Reid.
She is survived by: her daughter Belinda Lefevre (Joseph); her grandchildren, Adam Lefevre and Tiffany Pisini (Matthew); and her great grandchild Nicolas Pisini. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
