She was predeceased by: her father Elbert Cook (Mitzi); and her grandmother Gertrude McLawhorn. She is survived by: her mother Belle McLawhorn Cook; her siblings, Bill Cook (Andra), Jerry Cook (Amy) and Deb Tayloe; her nieces and nephews, Derek Cook, Hunter Tayloe (Jann), Josh Tayloe (Caroline), Daniel Cook (Erica), Cyndy Otto (Paul), Karen Tayloe and Molly O'Neal (Stephen); her cousin Ron McLawhon (Karla) of Chicago; her pets, Nina and Millie; and her friends, Ruth Hunt, Alisa Chilton and Diane Tyndall. She is also survived by nine grand-nieces.
